Rimmel Green With Envy + Nubar Teal Glitter

Glitterin jälkeen halusin testata juuri saapunutta Nubarin V for Men päällyslakkaa, jolla saa aikaan mattapinnan.

I love glitter :-) But removing glitter polishes is such PITA that I often pass glitter polisher and choose something else on my nails. Removing glitter can though be a bit easier if you put under it few coats regular polish on suitable color. Here is one perfect couple, Rimmel Green With Envy and gorgeous Nubar Teal Glitter. I did gradient, as you can see in fourth picture. In tip there is 3 coatsTeal Glitter, in other side of the nail only one. And see, who came to visit when I was swatching, my little friend ladybug :-)

After the glitter I wanted to test Nubar V for Men Matte Top Coat, but it was impossible to capture matte finish on photos because all the glitter was glowing in sunshine. V for Men makes very nice silky, smooth finish on your nails. It is funny effect, how my nails almost feel better than they look ;-)

  1. Teal polishes are my absolute favorite! This color is so gorgeous, I really want it but Nubar is something I'd have to order online. I LOVE the shot with the ladybug on your nail. So cute. :)

  6. What a beautiful gradient manicure! I love the teal polish. Add the glitter and it's really gorgeous. Love you little lady friend! I do not mind glitter polish. I use a jar polish remover that has bristles inside it. It makes short work of glitter. I use acetone remover only.

  7. Aw, that ladybug is so cute! And they are good luck :) Someone suggested felt, which I bought at the craft store and cut into smaller pieces, to remove glitter. I have chunky glitter on today and I'm going to give that a whirl. I feel the way you do about it!

  8. Thanks Lucy and beatyjudy! I'd like to have that kind of polish remover with bristles inside, but we don't have them here, and ordering online would probably cost too much. I must go and get some felt :-)
